Corn Chip Taco Pie


This super-easy taco pie will be a weeknight family favorite.

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 3 Minutes

Ingredients

4 cups corn tortilla chips
1 (12 oz) package HORMEL Taco Meats (shredded beef, chicken or pork variety)
1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Taco Sauce
Sour cream (optional)
chopped tomatoes (optional)
sliced green onions (optional)

Directions

	Step 1: In microwave-safe glass pie pan, layer corn chips on bottom, then spread shredded meat and cheese evenly over chips.

	Step 2: Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with taco sauce, sour cream, tomatoes and green onions, if desired.
